Saving the World One Virgin at a Time - The Virgin Psychics
There are 3 conditions you must fall under to become a psychic in Sion Sono's 2015 film, "The Virgin Psychics":
1. Be a virgin.

Sion Sono might be most famous for his notorious & highly controversial movies, like Cold Fish [2010] and Suicide Club [2001]. The Virgin Psychics is a prime example of him showing the world he is capable of covering almost any genre. Based on the manga of the same name, the film follows ordinary high school student Yoshirō Kamogawa. Yoshirō's mind is full of perverted thoughts 24/7, and he is a prisoner of love to Sae Asami, a new classmate from Tokyo, and Miyuki Hirano, his delinquent childhood friend.
One day, during one of Yoshirō's wank-sessions, the sky lights up bright right in the middle of ecstasy. The next day when Yoshirō goes to school, he realizes one major change: he is able to hear the voice of people's minds.
Soon after, Yoshirō begins to realize there are others who share similar powers. A Kissaten master by the name of Teru who flips girls skirts with psychokinesis, Enomoto, a flasher who teleports butt-naked, and Yabe, a bullied student who gets off by using x-ray vision to look at people's organs are some of the other psychics he meets.
Professor Asami, an ESP researcher from Tokyo comes and gathers all those who gained powers in Yoshirō's town. Miyuki was one of the psychics too. He informs the crew about the "Duluth Tragedy", an event where an evil psychic slaughtered other psychics around them.
This tragedy was about to happen in their town too. The bunch, who had only used their powers for sexual purposes, must now use their powers to save their city & save the world from a very perverted catastrophe: all women in their town start to become highly erotic.
