The Faces Of Seoul Fashion Week: A Portrait Series
Cong C. Faessler aka @opticchina is a photographer from Zürich, Switzerland who definitely shares the same love for Asian culture, people and food as me. We both know each other via the World Wide Web for quite a long time now and we had the chance to spend a little time in Tokyo together two years ago. Right now Cong is traveling through South Korea and Japan; along his ways he tries to capture as many rare moments as possible. Besides a guide he is currently working on for Biancissimo, Cong also took a special approach on this year’s Seoul Fashion Week
Instead of portraying the variety of outfits and staged street style pictures, Cong started to shoot portraits of the people he met at Seoul’s Fashion Week. The outcome is a very fresh and new view on Seoul‘s fashion scene and a very lovely photo series.
